For nearly two decades, I've been building a career inside the football industry. My journey didn't start with connections, opportunities, or a roadmap, like many aspiring agents, I started with a dream, determination, and a passion for the game, nothing more.
I spent years attending matches, travelling relentlessly, building relationships, knocking on doors, and creating opportunities where none existed. I gave my time freely, learned from every experience, and built a network stone by stone. Through sheer persistence, I earned the chance to work with talented players, clubs, coaches, and one of the world's most recognised sports agencies.
Today, I'm a FIFA Licensed Football Agent and founder of Pure Sports Agency and Common Ground Sports, operating across Europe, Africa, and international markets, with 17 years of experience in player representation, talent identification, recruitment, transfers, contract negotiation, career management, and business development.
